Decent Place - Project Manager Arbor Memorial Employee Review

I think the biggest issue at Arbor is that there are too many business units that work on the same things, the work or information is not shared. There is confusion on who does what, and there is a lot of replication of work. Middle Managers/Directors can really get in the way of their staff- we have lots of talented people, but they get micromanaged. Let professionals do their work.
