Met some good friends working there, that helps with the boredom
Cons
Manager at the home I worked for couldn't have been any more disconnected if he tried. Tiny things going wrong (by others, not even aimed in my general direction), caused unprofessional explosions of temper. When something MAJOR occurred (at least twice, we managed to dodge full blown potential disasters), it was inexplicably ignored. Can't even say it was 'favoritism' because I think I was his favorite. Very strange culture.
