      Pros

      Work life balance: bank holidays off and plenty of starting PTO. Hybrid work environment. Benefits: good benefits, relatively affordable insurance Competent and accessible management: management have a good grasp of daily operations and are easy to bring questions and concerns to People: everyone is kind and happy to work with one another. Plenty of events and small tokens of appreciation Facilities: offices are modern and clean

      Upper management does seem to want to push for more time in office. However no such call has happened yet.

      Pros

      Hybrid work schedule was nice.

      Cons

      Upper management is clueless to the daily operations of their staff and refuse to listen to the experts in their fields. Pay is low compared to other companies in the same industry. Respect is non existent if management doesn’t “like you”. At one point before I left, I was waking up with so much anxiety that I would throw up daily. This place isn’t good for mental health.
