Great community, benefits, room for growth, ability to develop your own skills, great technology being discovered, great place to set your career after university
Cons
Went to IPO at a bad time. Down fall of the company was mistrust from the funding associates. Very behind the times on processes and in house technology. Several periods where the stress of lay offs were the only item talked about. Daily worry about being laid off from budget cuts. Transition from contract to full-time employee is nearly impossible, unless a great supervisor to fight for you.
