My experience at Arcadia Power has been wonderful. The office atmosphere is comfortable, friendly, and fun. I've become very close with my coworkers and I always feel supported at work. We have awesome team outings and frequent wellness events. As a small but growing company, everyone is very accessible, including senior management. My manager makes sure my needs are met and I feel heard when I have concerns. There is definitely room for growth and you will be encouraged to step into new roles that interest you. Most of all, you'll feel proud of where you work, as everyone at Arcadia Power is passionate about the health of our environment and the growth of the renewable energy industry.
Cons
With new and innovative products, success at Arcadia Power requires effort and problem solving skills. Not necessarily a con, but your job will be constantly changing so you have to be flexible and good at multi-tasking.
