- There is an amazing sense of community with my coworkers in and out of the office. - No one is ever made to feel that their job isn't vital. - We are all given a great amount of responsibility that pertains to our strengths. - There is not an extreme hierarchy. We are all working towards similar goals.

Cons

- If you are not used to a fast-paced workplace where things can change on a dime, then this might not be the place for you. - If you are willing to grow and change with a company - then it definitely is.

Pros

There are absolutely no pros. Their buyout of Engie has been mismanaged and poorly communicated from the start.

Cons

Broke company, no 401k matching, no HSA matching, refused to transfer sick leave to new system so you lost out on 40+ hours in if you accrued/EARNED it, only get 40 hours of sick leave in replacement for the year.
