Pros

Many of the lower/middle level employees are talented, hard-working, and kind people.

Cons

Upper and executive level leadership employees are clouded by their self-importance and lack of accountability. They are DC blowhards who think so highly of themselves that they refuse to recognize what issues face the company. Instead of finishing the product in order to become profitable, they would rather go through many series of on-shore layoffs and outsourcing to low-wage, international workers.

Pros

There are absolutely no pros. Their buyout of Engie has been mismanaged and poorly communicated from the start.

Cons

Broke company, no 401k matching, no HSA matching, refused to transfer sick leave to new system so you lost out on 40+ hours in if you accrued/EARNED it, only get 40 hours of sick leave in replacement for the year.
