Pros

* Good people and Great team * full remote * The new top management are genuinely trying to bring positive change * There are some good learning and tech wise its a decent stack

Cons

* Poor upper and middle management. It has become better now with the leadership changes and the new leaders are genuinely trying to bring a positive change to the culture. but lot of room to improve. * lack of transparency from top management. One day you'll get a mail stating that company is doing great, 3 weeks later, you'll get a mail stating we didn't meet our financial goals and few people are laid off. * Employee care is not priority. This is reflected by poor insurance coverage, lack of enough leaves, lack of rewards and recognition etc. * Some of us were stranded without power and clean water during the Cyclone Michaung, once the cyclone was over and we logged in back few days later, we were asked to apply leave for the days we were unavailable or compensate it during the weekend.

We're truly happy to hear you experienced our fun culture and worked with great people—that team camaraderie is a huge part of what makes Arcadia special! We also appreciate your candid feedback on leadership direction and alignment. We recognize that the rapid changes in our industry and the broader market have made providing a perfectly steady, clear roadmap challenging, sometimes leading to shifting priorities and goals. We are actively working to improve how we communicate our strategy, ensuring our teams have the context behind our decisions and a clearer view of the road ahead. Your feedback is vital as we continuously refine our strategic process. Thank you again for sharing your experience. If you would like to discuss this further, please feel free to reach out to the HR BP team directly.

Pros

The ONLY positive is the people doing the work. An amazing group of professionals doing everything they can to make it worth while operating in a complete absence of leadership.

Cons

Immediately reduced compensation for ALL employees post-acquisition. Poor benefits (no 401k match, no FSA/HSA match), toxic culture, tone deaf “leadership”, employees are not valued or respected. Large scale layoffs have already begun and will likely continue. Flexible PTO sounds nice until you realize it just means they won’t have to pay out for the hours you’d accumulated over the year when they lay you off. They have made it clear through actions and words that they have zero respect for the legacy employees post-acquisition. Decisions are made in a silo by people who don’t know the downstream effects of their decisions because they don’t care.
