Pros
Even though Arcesium is growing at a fast pace, the overall onboarding experience was amazing. Leaders, including entire existing staff, are so approachable that you don't feel like left out even while working remotely ( as part of a hybrid working model). The company is always trying its best to put its core values into day-to-day practice.
Cons
As the company is all set for a new growth trajectory in upcoming years, there are definitely some challenging days, but at the same time, senior leaders are always ready to listen and solve those challenges. Expect some hit on the overall WLB due to current exponential growth, but at the end the entire firm celebrates these ups & downs as one Arc family !!
