- Bad SDLC cycle, takes months to convert a simple design into production code. - Weird hierarchy where SVP/VPs work on Tickets and you have to fight to get things done! - Too many processes to follow. - Silly code reviews without understanding the main goal. - Difficult to adjust for people coming from Startups or Open minded companies. - On Call is expected to work long hours - Few people have no respect to WLB and expect same from others, they work until midnight and want others to follow same.
