Competitive compensation and perks. Ownership of work with decisive power on design and analysis. Hydbrid work from home.

Cons

Most of work revolves around legacy frameworks which reduce scope of learning new technologies. Some new teams get's good work but old teams finds it difficult to get sponsored projects which will actually help in expanding the knowledge base.
