The missions Arcfield supports are truly inspiring and make employees feel like they are serving their country. 4. Good diversity and inclusion efforts to make everyone feel important and valued. 5. A growing, medium size company that is big enough to provide employees a range of job opportunities and job security, but still small enough that everyone has regular opportunities to meet the CEO and other senior leaders.
Cons
Arcfield is a 2 year old company with a 60 year heritage. They are still working through their most recent changes being spun off from Peraton, Inc. This has caused some growing pains, but the end is in sight and big plans are coming for 2023.
