      Pros

      Exceptionally competent company. Highly intelligent executives and employees. Huge growth over past 6 years, not slowing. Inspiring go-getter attitude. Incredibly technical.

      Cons

      Very leanly staffed company. Workload almost unsustainable. Everybody puts on a happy face, but a lot of people are stressed. High intensity in everything, from the daily job, to projects in the (only) quiet summer period. No downtime. Little tolerance for any mistakes. Data and systems horrendous. Present whole portfolio to senior leadership 3-4x per year, good to have one-on-one time with executives but too many irrelevant people watching creates stage fright - suggest having relevant people only. The data/systems make it an impossible task too.

      Pros

      Work from home, 401k match up to 6% (plus they contribute a separate amount each year), HSA employer contributions

      Cons

      Work heavily depends on your manager and team. I have had many managers since I started and the culture has shifted from a small, specialty company, to more of a large corporate structure. It used to be very flat and you felt connected to upper management, now it feels more like a firm hierarchy that you have little understanding with.
