      The vacation alotment is decent

      Cons

      They are dishonest about growth, They are staffed poorly and just put more work on people that isn't in their job description or qualification is. The leadership is poor. No culture, but continuous bragging by the C-Suite without any trickle down to their employees

      Work from home, 401k match up to 6% (plus they contribute a separate amount each year), HSA employer contributions

      Cons

      Work heavily depends on your manager and team. I have had many managers since I started and the culture has shifted from a small, specialty company, to more of a large corporate structure. It used to be very flat and you felt connected to upper management, now it feels more like a firm hierarchy that you have little understanding with.
