      quiet place to work most of the time

      Everything you do is tracked so it is like working in a Nazi work camp. Poor training. Some of the management are very two-faced.

      Work from home, 401k match up to 6% (plus they contribute a separate amount each year), HSA employer contributions

      Cons

      Work heavily depends on your manager and team. I have had many managers since I started and the culture has shifted from a small, specialty company, to more of a large corporate structure. It used to be very flat and you felt connected to upper management, now it feels more like a firm hierarchy that you have little understanding with.
