      It is a very collaborative environment where input is valued amoung departments. It is a very friendly, relaxing atmosphere to work in.

      Cons

      Divisions within the company are distinct and most are not set up the same way with the same management structure which can make communication across lines more difficult.

      Work from home, 401k match up to 6% (plus they contribute a separate amount each year), HSA employer contributions

      Cons

      Work heavily depends on your manager and team. I have had many managers since I started and the culture has shifted from a small, specialty company, to more of a large corporate structure. It used to be very flat and you felt connected to upper management, now it feels more like a firm hierarchy that you have little understanding with.
