Smart talent pool CEO knows that people drive the success of the organization and he is good about making sure the company rewards those people Willingness to walk away from business that seems unprofitable
Cons
Lack of cohesion across disparate units Beyond "write profitable business" no coherent mission or strategy to it all Seems to be up to each entity to develop its talent, with no help from the parent (no HR initiatives for developing younger talent into tomorrow's leaders)
