Pros

Financially strong parent, but that's about it. They know how to "talk", but it's just PR. They are good with the presentation.

Cons

Arch leadership has absolutely no respect for their workforce. They say and do all the right things as they are acquiring new entities, but it's all lies. They try to run larger companies like the small shop that bought them. Transparency is a lost concept. I'm not sure what amazing culture it is that others speak of. No WFH, no casual Fridays, average benefits and work/life balance? Forget about it. They talk trash behind employees' backs and don't care who hears them. For anyone who's actually established a career and bringing a lot of experience...RUN! The disrespect and arrogance is the worst I've ever seen. Even big name corporations don't treat their people like this, even the ones who are driven by the bottom line. Morale is of no concern to these people and their executives are absolutely clueless with no care for the customer. Security is important. Not caring enough about it is a red flag, especially when customers have already said they will not continue with the same level of business if what they ask isn't done.

Pros

Work from home, 401k match up to 6% (plus they contribute a separate amount each year), HSA employer contributions

Cons

Work heavily depends on your manager and team. I have had many managers since I started and the culture has shifted from a small, specialty company, to more of a large corporate structure. It used to be very flat and you felt connected to upper management, now it feels more like a firm hierarchy that you have little understanding with.
