      Pros

      Competitive Benefits with 401k match and pension plan. In last 10 years I've only seen stock going up so invest in the company.

      Cons

      CEO Dino's has large values but none are followed through or it's interpretation is totally different by the management. Only hires exempt employees and the are expected to work over 40 hours regularly.

      Work from home, 401k match up to 6% (plus they contribute a separate amount each year), HSA employer contributions

      Cons

      Work heavily depends on your manager and team. I have had many managers since I started and the culture has shifted from a small, specialty company, to more of a large corporate structure. It used to be very flat and you felt connected to upper management, now it feels more like a firm hierarchy that you have little understanding with.
