      Arch is a very progressive company when it comes to IT focus. They pay well and have decent time off depending on duration with the company.

      Micromanagement - it comes down from the structure of the organization. It is the biggest thing talked about from all teams.

      Work from home, 401k match up to 6% (plus they contribute a separate amount each year), HSA employer contributions

      Cons

      Work heavily depends on your manager and team. I have had many managers since I started and the culture has shifted from a small, specialty company, to more of a large corporate structure. It used to be very flat and you felt connected to upper management, now it feels more like a firm hierarchy that you have little understanding with.
