      Exciting environment, a few years in to the start up phase and still growing. Young group of employees that are very enthusiastic.

      Cons

      Because they are a young company, there are many procedure and systems issues still left to be resolved. Some of these things seem piecemealed together in the interest of speed rather than strategy.

      Work from home, 401k match up to 6% (plus they contribute a separate amount each year), HSA employer contributions

      Cons

      Work heavily depends on your manager and team. I have had many managers since I started and the culture has shifted from a small, specialty company, to more of a large corporate structure. It used to be very flat and you felt connected to upper management, now it feels more like a firm hierarchy that you have little understanding with.
