      Pros

      They pay. that's about it. They pay so well (especially leadership) that it is very difficult to walk away. If you do want to walk away, they will try to pay you even more. The money is good but be prepared to run 75-85 hours a week on average. The work is constant... all day... at night until you have to sleep... and every weekend. you have to decide if it is worth it. the experience is very good. you will learn a lot.

      Cons

      no work life balance.... Once you are in, you are locked.... negotiate everything you can before you start.

      Pros

      Work from home, 401k match up to 6% (plus they contribute a separate amount each year), HSA employer contributions

      Cons

      Work heavily depends on your manager and team. I have had many managers since I started and the culture has shifted from a small, specialty company, to more of a large corporate structure. It used to be very flat and you felt connected to upper management, now it feels more like a firm hierarchy that you have little understanding with.
