      The culture is very laid back and the people that work there are generally very friendly. They are bottom line focused and are less concerned with revenue growth.

      Cons

      There are very crowded at the top of the management structure and there may be little opportunity for growth given the state of the insurance market.

      Work from home, 401k match up to 6% (plus they contribute a separate amount each year), HSA employer contributions

      Cons

      Work heavily depends on your manager and team. I have had many managers since I started and the culture has shifted from a small, specialty company, to more of a large corporate structure. It used to be very flat and you felt connected to upper management, now it feels more like a firm hierarchy that you have little understanding with.
