      Pros

      Pay PTO Benefits Arch has done a great job providing for employees. Company match on the 401k is up to 6%, they also do an employer contribution whether you put in or not which is cool.

      Cons

      None thus far, the move to Arch has been great.

      Pros

      Work from home, 401k match up to 6% (plus they contribute a separate amount each year), HSA employer contributions

      Cons

      Work heavily depends on your manager and team. I have had many managers since I started and the culture has shifted from a small, specialty company, to more of a large corporate structure. It used to be very flat and you felt connected to upper management, now it feels more like a firm hierarchy that you have little understanding with.
