      Huge targets with a lot of admin, targets increase as company grows and so admin on the account increases. How’s stay the same, there’s not enough time to do everything

      Work from home, 401k match up to 6% (plus they contribute a separate amount each year), HSA employer contributions

      Cons

      Work heavily depends on your manager and team. I have had many managers since I started and the culture has shifted from a small, specialty company, to more of a large corporate structure. It used to be very flat and you felt connected to upper management, now it feels more like a firm hierarchy that you have little understanding with.
