Pros
The company's benefits package is good. While they were sufficient, they certainly didn't stand out compared to other companies in the industry. The RRSP match is amazing.
Cons
The company's approach to enforcing rules and policies was inconsistent and seemed to vary depending on individual circumstances. This lack of consistency created an environment of uncertainty and unfairness. Moreover, the deployment of work assignments appeared to be driven by favoritism rather than merit or qualifications. This not only undermined morale but also perpetuated a sense of inequality among employees. One glaring issue was the lack of adequate training provided to employees. Often, we were expected to handle all responsibilities with only a single day of training, leading to significant challenges in performing our roles effectively.
