      Pros

      Most jobs are pretty much 9:00 to 5:00. They allow some people some types of flexible work arrangements, like limited work from home.

      Cons

      Little to no chance for advancement. Sterile environment. Poor leadership at all levels. Lots of communication problems.

      Pros

      Work from home, 401k match up to 6% (plus they contribute a separate amount each year), HSA employer contributions

      Cons

      Work heavily depends on your manager and team. I have had many managers since I started and the culture has shifted from a small, specialty company, to more of a large corporate structure. It used to be very flat and you felt connected to upper management, now it feels more like a firm hierarchy that you have little understanding with.
