      Maintaining a workforce with diverse strengths and talents is very important to Arch. The company is growing like the wind which offers many opportunities to expand not only the current position you have but opens the door for expansion into other areas if you so choose. Co-workers and training staff are very positive and there is a strong team spirit.

      Cons

      Current systems are older and fragmented which requires more manual work and manipulation to obtain a finished product than more modern systems would require.

      Cons

      Work heavily depends on your manager and team. I have had many managers since I started and the culture has shifted from a small, specialty company, to more of a large corporate structure. It used to be very flat and you felt connected to upper management, now it feels more like a firm hierarchy that you have little understanding with.
