Cons

From the Owner Vini to the Sr Management staff this company tries to bully their employees to work harder than anybody should be asked to. Forced overtime and weekend work because the mamagement staff is incompetent. Management has no clue of how to run a companhy hence the high turnover rate. If you take a position there you will regret it after you work your first 8 hours.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry your experience with Arch was not pleasant. You mention extra hours needing worked and I would like to respond to that. Arch has a required deliverable to our client. On a daily basis our recruitment team in working on bringing in new resources to help with the extra workload. We're hoping the company will be fully staffed soon, which will take the pressure off of our current staff to meet the client deadlines. We understand and appreciate the burden this causes, and please know that management works alongside the employees any time extra work is required. We are working on improving our processes on an ongoing basis.

None. After being poorly on-board, im immediately looking to get out. Dont make the same decision i made. Run!

$8,800 healthcare deductible. Predatory comission structure, read very carefully!!! No signing bonus. No education or certification funding. Extremely low 4% 401k company contribution. PTO = 2 weeks. When I recieved my offer, I got 3 offers all different $ amounts and not HR, recruiter nor hiring manager knew a job title.
