Lack of direction & transparency - Anonymous employee Archrock Employee Review

Poor leadership & overall lack of communication. Office politics dominated every aspect of the job & left employees exhausted when trying to do things the right way. There were incredible people working there that were chewed up and spit out within a year leaving everyone else to absorb their duties.
