      Colleagues are the best part of the job. Sadly managers don't make it easy by loading more and more work on those few people that are proficient. Stress levels are at maximum

      Cons

      Bad and confusing management. Care more about appearance of the facility than the people working in it. Used to be good to work there but not anymore

      Unexpected equipment failures will happen at the worst possible time, Time and effort is required to recover back to full production.
