Pretty much everything about this contracting agency is bad.
They're health insurance is a scam costing you around $400 a paycheck depending on your plan choice. That's about $10.5K a year that goes to health insurance that's not even that good coverage. Are you not allowed to even check your sick time balance online and have to email someone every time you'd like to check it. The only reason a company would do this is to disincentivize you into using the sick time you are entitled to. Their internal employees you have to email to do anything are incompetent and unresponsive. at one point the only HR contact was away for 2 weeks, with no one else to cover for them. not allowing a coworker to use their sick time and losing out on money that they should have gotten
