6yDear employee - thank you for your feedback. Change is difficult, but I am confident that we are continually improving. Like all companies, we do lose good people, but our turnover rate is at or below the norm for the industry and I would argue that the staff we have are incredible and we are building an even stronger organization as we grow and expand with the addition of new hires and new companies that join the Ardurra family throughout the year. Did you know that in 2019 we hired 100 new employees, seeing double-digit organic growth in some of our key markets, including Water and Survey? We have added critical leaders to build out our back-office to better support the business, and continue to hire incredible talent to join Ardurra from top to bottom. As I said, change is hard, but the growth of the business allows us to invest in programs that we would not be able to afford at a smaller size.
