Pros
Employee discounts for all attractions, art is cool, always something different going on.
Cons
Where do I begin. Management could give two less thoughts about you, your personal well-being, or your boundaries. They only care about pushing riders and guests through for a barely fun, over-priced experience. Everything breaks all the time and doesn't get fixed for months on end. The ceos use the building as their personal playground and nightclub and could give 2 less craps about their overall employee satisfaction. When something good happens for them, it's a freaking pizza party for the company where only a third of employees get fed. The higher-ups and management are in their position because they either started there before the facility opened or they know someone personally who is one of those people. Employees are barely trained where the company expects you to understand everything about all of the experiences and how they work as well as the malfunctions of each experience. The customers treat you like garbage and when management is asked to come through they barely handle the situation or stick up for you. On the rare occasion that they do, bad yelp review. When a bad yelp review occurs, the entire department is to blame. There is no upward movement in the company as well due to blatant favoritism in employees in which experience and seniority don't matter. They could care less about your personal life or what you have going on and everyone is so superficial and petty. They don't care if you die working there. All they care about is capitalistic profit.
