Pros
In my experience upper management does a great job with giving its employees growth opportunities: I have been asked many times if there were other areas I was interested in working and given opportunities to work on a lot of different projects not in my usual day to day job description. Getting to travel for work to an awesome destination and trying out the new installations is a lot of fun, employee discounts on everything. The culture and employees are great. Overall mindser it too is constantly try to do better and improve.
Cons
The time difference between HQ and the current/future venues sometimes makes the work day longer than your typical 9 to 5 but for a start up and first of its kind venue this is to be expected.
