      The owners are invested in their team of employees. They have an open door policy and are eager to ensure their staff has everything they need to be successful. I have never felt so supported by an employer in my 40+ years.

      Aretec was professional in every way.

      You are still subject to the whims of their larger contract on the backside with the client regardless of your W2 status - same as any other employment of this type.
