Pros

As an (engineering) intern, you can be given a large amount of responsibility. This results in great hands-on manufacturing experience. Of course, this varies with your project. The specifics of the polyurethane manufacturing process results in lots of challenges, thus many opportunities to design and implement your custom solutions.

Cons

It is a small company so unfortunately that doesn't allow for much vertical movement with respect to engineering, sales, production etc. Does not affect the internship experience though.

Pros

Maybe above average pay That’s it

Cons

Works you like a slave and abuses manpower for low pay Management especially Joe gives special treatment to people in my experience girls and train operators People with special treatment get away with standing around and talking while the rest are running around trying to stay ahead Few people have left due to the disrespect the management in factory 1 give to the workers who honestly do more than they are required Good company to work for awful company to work at
