      Pros

      Argonics is a good learning environment, engineering management allows you time to make mistakes, from it, and gives help when need. Co-workers are very kind and genuine. Pay is competitive for the area and job. Great understanding for scheduling, I would recommend to those in early stages of professional career!

      Occasional repetitive work, location, and commute.

      Works you like a slave and abuses manpower for low pay Management especially Joe gives special treatment to people in my experience girls and train operators People with special treatment get away with standing around and talking while the rest are running around trying to stay ahead Few people have left due to the disrespect the management in factory 1 give to the workers who honestly do more than they are required Good company to work for awful company to work at
