Cons

Some days are long, so a great attitude and love for helping others is a must. Open communication with corporate and not isolating yourself are also important. Work life balance can be hard in the beginning. That is why it is so important to keep reaching out to management and other team members for support and suggestions. Your team truly wants you to succeed. Communication is key!

-Management knows how to inspire me and keep me on track -Our products and services only help, can't say that about other companies I've worked for in this industry -Decent Benefits (Good Insurance) -Gaining valuable experience learning from my leaders

Cons

-Many jobs are work from home (good and bad) -Would possibly have to move to take on more responsibility -Can be stressful working with spirited partners -More tenured employees often get more privileges
