      Pros

      Everyone is super helpful, kind and willing to chip in to help whenever needed including management. There is clear communication about all expectations and what is needed and the work life balance as well as the benefits is the best I have ever encountered.

      Cons

      Not many. The only thing that comes to mind is maybe having a full orientation day to complete all the needed hr requirements- some of the required HIPPA/cyber security/ect training takes a decent amount of time and was hard to squeeze in while training.

      -Management knows how to inspire me and keep me on track -Our products and services only help, can't say that about other companies I've worked for in this industry -Decent Benefits (Good Insurance) -Gaining valuable experience learning from my leaders

      -Many jobs are work from home (good and bad) -Would possibly have to move to take on more responsibility -Can be stressful working with spirited partners -More tenured employees often get more privileges
