Very good benefits and a caring group of providers and employees. The company is always interested in growing, but not at the expense of their patients, homes or employees. Time off packages are very good. Culture is positive and uplifting, and internal growth happens often so the sky is the limit for your career if you put in the work and learn the business. Provider pay is very competitive and the support for providers is top of the line. The business outlook is very good and I recommend it to anyone looking for a career at a company where you can make a difference.
Cons
Change is sometimes slower than I would like, but real, lasting change takes time. Continue to align internal departments for the good of the company's growth, to support and enhance the experience for our homes and patients, and ultimately our employees.
