Business Outlook
Pros
The company is located in a quiet and small city near Portland where all fun things are nearby. The managers do long Internet meetings with clients so we can at least learn by client interactions.
Cons
They don't treat everyone with the same respect. Employees don't trust each other and work behind everyone's back. So even the company is stagnant since many years. The manager doesn't keep his words and the work here is sub-standard. No chance for us to grow as a new employee or as a team.
