Pros

Free lunch on Thursdays, remote flexibility for being sick or family emergency type deals

Cons

"Good ol boys clubs" all over the place, especially in sales. Hard to even get interviews unless you know someone, regardless of brand or work ethic

Pros

None whatsoever that any other job in the same industry can't provide.

Cons

Absolutely horrid higher level management and leadership in D&D. They had a team of effective and respected leaders years ago, replaced by what many consider laughable cliche toxic managers. Micromanagement, constant belittling, lack of accountability, lack of mentorship, takes credit while pointing blame, no career guidance and position advancement, you name it. M.C. is probably one of if not the the worst of their new VP hires. All ego, all bully. Zero leadership and people management skills.
