Pros
1) Good Salary 2) Perfect Work-life balance 3) Flexible timing 4) Company paid tours and parties. 5) Not much pressure.
Cons
1) Not much career growth. 2) High level management is bad. They don't have any vision. 3) No onsite opportunity.(may be for 2-3 weeks max) 4) Some senior managers are really unprofessional. They are busy in meeting and meeting but nobody knows what is the outcome of the meeting.
