      Pros

      People. You can be creating great products but if you are with people that are unbearable and in a toxic environment, it won't feel worth it. Aristocrat is none of these things. My over twelve years there were great, some of the best years of my life.

      Cons

      The corona-virus. Yeah, that was it.

      Pros

      Excellent company. Clear winner in the sector. Treats its people well even as it manages through business cycles and need to be leaner in some areas. Committed to maintaining industry leadership through heavy investment in best content / products.

      Cons

      Nothing major. Could move faster at times, but making progress there.

      Free lunch on Thursdays, remote flexibility for being sick or family emergency type deals

      Cons

      "Good ol boys clubs" all over the place, especially in sales. Hard to even get interviews unless you know someone, regardless of brand or work ethic
