Pros

Okay remuneration (compensation and bonus) and benefits package. Competitive in terms of compensation with matching 401k benefits. You are encouraged to manage your work and be able to perform at your full potential.

Cons

Professional growth and advancement for employees is very slow. Appears like there is very little area to move into another position in the software side as jobs are being outsourced to India or other countries which causes low employee morale. Some departments have very high turn overs which making thing worst as new personnel comes in and attempts to perform the job. No proper management and discipline of under performing employees and no apparent system to reward employees that are top performing, most are based as a team which goes back to under performing are not being managed and disciplined and causes the team to fail from achieving the goal and thus no recognition or rewards,

Excellent company. Clear winner in the sector. Treats its people well even as it manages through business cycles and need to be leaner in some areas. Committed to maintaining industry leadership through heavy investment in best content / products.

Cons

Nothing major. Could move faster at times, but making progress there.

Pros

Free lunch on Thursdays, remote flexibility for being sick or family emergency type deals

Cons

"Good ol boys clubs" all over the place, especially in sales. Hard to even get interviews unless you know someone, regardless of brand or work ethic
