      Good salary, flexible/hybrid working, new and modern offices

      Cons

      Constant hire and fire mentality for senior leaders in Europe due to constant reorganizations. Very old-school mentality with toxic and discriminatory behavioir in the sales team (sexist, homophonic)- never gets addressed .

      Excellent company. Clear winner in the sector. Treats its people well even as it manages through business cycles and need to be leaner in some areas. Committed to maintaining industry leadership through heavy investment in best content / products.

      Cons

      Nothing major. Could move faster at times, but making progress there.

      Free lunch on Thursdays, remote flexibility for being sick or family emergency type deals

      Cons

      "Good ol boys clubs" all over the place, especially in sales. Hard to even get interviews unless you know someone, regardless of brand or work ethic
