Autonomy, because there is NO ONE is watching or gives a crap.

Cons

No real leadership and zero accountability. Company is solely focused on money (not the success of students). Zero opportunities for advancement...HR ghosted at least 3 internal applicants alone from one of the campuses. Turnover is extremely high for all roles, as shown by the constant job postings. This place could possibly shut down in the future for various reasons.

The building is really nice.

Cons

After taxes, I get paid the same as unemployment for 15 hours of work per week. There are unpaid trainings that seem to be randomly due. These required trainings have no pre-assessment to determine what level of educator an adjunct is at and for me all of the trainings this far have been a waste of my time.
