Some of the best/ dedicated instructors I've worked with

Cons

Management will side with complaining students before standing up for their incredible instructors. They lose great program directors and faculty, and it is very unfortunate.

The building is really nice.

Cons

After taxes, I get paid the same as unemployment for 15 hours of work per week. There are unpaid trainings that seem to be randomly due. These required trainings have no pre-assessment to determine what level of educator an adjunct is at and for me all of the trainings this far have been a waste of my time.
