Company is growing quickly. You can advance to mid-management because turnover is very high.

Cons

Senior leadership from HQ is out of touch, seldom comes to campus, few have higher education experience, and new leaders are hired based on nepotism not on qualifications. There are many complaints from the Board of Nursing for multiple campuses. Show strong age bias and encourage managers not to hire/retain older workers.

The building is really nice.

Cons

After taxes, I get paid the same as unemployment for 15 hours of work per week. There are unpaid trainings that seem to be randomly due. These required trainings have no pre-assessment to determine what level of educator an adjunct is at and for me all of the trainings this far have been a waste of my time.
